Where do you ship?

Sol de Janeiro ships within the United States. Within the US, shipping includes all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, all other US territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Please allow an extra 7-10 business days for orders to Hawaii and Alaska, and 2-4 weeks for orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and all other US territories.

How long does shipping take?

All orders, including expedited orders, are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US federal holidays. Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days from processing.

Expedited shipments should arrive within 5 business days of being placed. APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and other US territories may require an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping options

Standard / Free Shipping is sent via DHL/USPS. 2-Day Shipping is sent via FedEx 2Day and is not available for P.O. Box orders. Expedited orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping.

Sol de Janeiro does not ship to freight forwarders and is not responsible for orders shipped through freight forwarding services that are lost, damaged, or not received.
